God, that's menacing! Looks like holding it by the upper grip, close to the emitter, might be a tad uncomfortable! Then again, that's Sith aesthetics for ya: If it doesn't have spikes all over it, put spikes all over it.

haha... that's the general though everyone else has. But holding it does not come into contact with the spikes with the way that I placed the grooves in the "skin" unless you try to spin it or get fancy.. then you hit em but i rounded them really well just in case :)

This is definitely one of the most novel approaches to hilt design I've ever seen. I took a look at your TCSS post. The crystal chamber is.... well, friggin' horrific, but man, that's a creative design! My custom saber is pitifully simple by comparison, but I'm still proud of it. Still needs some modifications, but that's way down the road. Oh, I meant to check... what sort of sound card does yours use?

Right now there is just a Darth maul fx saber board. But I will be upgrading it to a PC-u very soon.

First sabers are always the first of many :) you will improve over time. my first one was terrible :D

I'd love to upgrade to a PC with the light meat fonts, maybe a set of reprogrammable Gundam beam saber fonts too. And a charging port, of course. I hope there's enough room in mine for that. The emitter needs a few structural adjustments, too.
